FAQ
What is Uniform State Content on the MLO exam?
It is the part of the SAFE MLO test (11%) covering the SAFE Act and the model state law that every state uses: definitions, licensing, education, CE, and regulator authority.
Is there still a separate state test?
No. The state tests were replaced by the Uniform State Content section of the national test. Check your state regulator for any state-specific rules you must still know.
